Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms out there!
I lost my Mom when I was in my early 20s. I had a wonderful, cultured Mom who taught me to love great art, theatre, film and literature. She had a great sense of humor, her great line was "I may not be able to cook or sew well but I'm a great companion!" words to live by!
My grandmother was a wonderful cook and seamstress, so maybe a hard act to follow!
And the best thing I ever did was become a Mom and have the bestest of all daughters so I get to enjoy Mother's Day, too!
